AFTERNOON DRINKS AND SUBMISSION OF SPECIAL GRANTS FOR MPHS SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES IN 2022 FOR PHASE 2
The Hulu Selangor Municipal Council (MPHS) presented the Sustainable Community Special Grant for Phase 2 to 22 recipients in an Afternoon Party held at the Multi-Purpose Hall and Hulu Selangor District Sports Complex on 28 September 2022.
The ceremony was officiated by the President of MPHS, YBrs. TuanMohd Hasry Nor Mohd attended by YDM Raja Dato' Muzaffar Raja Redzwa, Orang Besar of Hulu Selangor District, Azizan Mat Hashim, Assistant District Officer, ASP Afzainizam Che Rashid, Head of Crime Prevention and Community Safety Division, IPD Hulu Selangor, Awaluddin Zakaria, Deputy MPHS President, MPHS Council Members as well as MPHS Department Heads. Also present with officials from PLANMalaysia@Selangor and the Selangor State Planning Unit (UPEN).
MPHS is committed to ensuring the well-being of residents in Hulu Selangor is achieved and provides a sustainable environment for all. To ensure that the planned program is not only one-way, the MPHS introduced this Special Sustainable Community Grant as an 'entry point' for green and sustainable programs from the community.
For Phase 2, a total of 38 entries were received. 22 applications have been approved to receive the Sustainable Community Special Grant consisting of 5 Beneficiaries for the Community Category, 2 Beneficiaries for NGOs and 15 Beneficiaries from the Educational Institutions Category.
The entire allocation received for Phase 2 is RM 51,000.00.
