Benchmarking visit of the MPHS Valuation and Property Management Department to the Penang City Council on 16 December 2021.
The main objective of this visit is to learn and share the revaluation implementation method used in the Penang City Council. The group was also joined by the Director of MPHS Property Valuation and Management Department, En Amlie Ismail.
