BRIEFING TO STUDENTS OF THE BACHELOR OF CITY AND REGIONAL PLANNING PROGRAM, UITM SELANGOR, PUNCAK ALAM CAMPUS
The Council has received a visit from lecturers and students of the Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning Program, UiTM Selangor, Puncak Alam Campus led by TPr Yusnaim bin Abdul Rani on 31 October 2022 to get a briefing on development in Hulu Selangor District.
The briefing was delivered by Mr. Mohd Hazhman bin Haron, Assistant Town and Country Planning Officer as the representative director of the Town Planning Department, Hulu Selangor Municipal Council. The students were exposed to the profile of the district, the direction and development prospects of the Hulu Selangor district until 2035. In addition, Mr. Mohd Hazhman also shared his views on the processes and procedures involving urban planning matters, especially in the Hulu Selangor district.
This sharing is expected to help lecturers and students to better understand the chosen study area. The Council is very pleased and thanks UiTM Selangor, Puncak Alam Campus for choosing the Hulu Selangor area as the study area.
