BRIEFING OF SUBMISSION OF NEW RENT OFFER FOR HULU SELANGOR MUNICIPAL COUNCIL PREMISES
Located at Dewan Merdeka Kuala Kubu Bharu, MPHS has held a briefing on the presentation of new rental offers for MPHS premises. The briefing was chaired by the Director of the Valuation and Property Management Department Mr. Amlie Bin Ismail. Also present were Director of the Treasury Department Mr. Shaiful Rizza Bin Haji Piamin, representative of the Building Department Mrs. Sarah Binti Bakar, representative of the Licensing Department Mr. Khairuddin Bin Abd Rahman.
A total of 16 new tenants were present for this briefing session. Each representative of the department has made explanations and notices related to the matter of accepting rental offers, the autodebit process, license applications and building addition applications. In this session as well, the tenant is given an explanation about the terms and rules as in the rental agreement.
The briefing session went smoothly and the tenants also gave questions, opinions and suggestions to the MPHS.
