Carbon Reporting Audit Session for the Low Carbon Cities 2030 Challenge Program (LCC2030C)

The Hulu Selangor Municipal Council (MPHS) has submitted entries for the Low Carbon Cities 2030 Challenge Program (LCC2030C) to the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC) for the 2021 entry.

The Auditing Session was conducted on 27 January 2022 at the Town Planning Department, MPHS. The Audit Session was attended by Officers from MGTC consisting of Miss Nor Aslaili binti Mahmood as Supervisor as well as 3 MGTC Auditors namely Mr. Mohammad Fendi bin Mustafa, Puan Wan Nur Azwani binti Mohamad Masri and YM Raja Aiman ​​Bin Raja Ahmad Tajudin Shah.

MPHS has submitted a total of 8 entries in 2021 involving the Zone and Partners categories. The purpose of this audit session is to certify and recognize MPHS's carbon performance for the year 2020.

Also present at this audit session was Tuan Mohd Hasry bin Nor Mohd, Chairman of MPHS. The President hopes that this audit session will give positive results from the MGTC. MPHS is committed to implementing this program in line with the Hulu Selangor Goal Towards a Low Carbon City in 2035.
