The Hulu Selangor Municipal Council (MPHS) conducted a final inspection operation for the execution of the writ of possession against tenants who disobeyed court orders in Jalan Pahang, Kuala Kubu Bharu today.
In the operation, a total of 17 operational members participated, consisting of one (1) Court Bailiff, Kuala Kubu Bharu as the head of the operation, one (1) Solicitor and 15 MPHS internal staff.
The operation which started at 10.30 this morning was carried out following the tenant's failure to comply with the instructions in the "Evacuation Notice" issued by the Court dated 30 June 2022. The tenant was ordered to peacefully move all their belongings and leave the premises within two (2) the week before or on July 13, 2022.
As a result of the operation, tenants and employees were ordered by the Court bailiff to stop business activities and leave the premises. The door of the premises has also been changed to a new lock and locked to prevent tenants from entering the premises or taking items that have been inventoried.
Further action will be taken through the Court process if it is found that the tenant still fails to comply with the order issued by the Court.
