The Hulu Selangor District Council Building Commissioner's Division (COB MPHS) has successfully held a 2021 Hulu Selangor Municipal Council Strata Community Education Webinar program online for the Hulu Selangor District Strata Management Committee on 22 November 2021.

This program was inaugurated by Mr. Deputy Chairman of MPHS who is also the Deputy Commissioner of Building 1, Mr. Awaluddin bin Zakaria AMS This knowledge sharing session was delivered by an invited speaker from the Audit Unit, Prosecution, Audit and Enforcement Branch, KPKT namely Mr. Kama Azizi bin Kamarulzaman . This webinar focuses on the Procurement Method Guidelines for Stratified Building Management and provides further understanding regarding the roles and responsibilities of JMB/MC/Management Agents in complying with the procurement methods for each level of expenditure.

This program was attended by a total of 45 participants consisting of the management committee and JMB/MC staff and Management Agents. It is hoped that the implementation of this Series 2 webinar program can benefit JMB/MC and Management Agents in order to be able to implement a more transparent procurement method and subsequently be able to avoid complaints related to financial management in their respective strata residential areas and subsequently be able to ensure life in the strata community comfortable and harmonious.
