This course has been organized by the 5S Master Committee which involves all the Master Committee Members, 5S Auditors and 5S Zone Coordinators, MPHS.
This course is held to understand the definition and implementation of improvement activities (kaizen) in the 5S initiative more clearly and to know the importance and benefits of implementing innovation and kaizen in the 5S program.
