HULU SELANGOR, APRIL 10: Bandar Bukit Beruntung and Bandar Bukit Sentosa here will be redeveloped as conducive and habitable locations, said Dato' Menteri Besar.

Dato' Seri Amirudin Shari said the effort included the promotion of business activities through the opening of Tesco, Perodua distribution centers, the Police Training Center (Pulapol) and many more.

"The State Government has also identified an area of ​​1,000 acres for the construction of residential, commercial and industrial centers.

"This long-term planning makes Bandar Bukit Beruntung and Bandar Hulu Selangor on par with other cities," he said.

He was met by reporters after handing over the keys to buyers of the first phase of Rumah SelangorKu priced at RM250,000 per unit at Taman Bunga Raya, today.

A total of 419 house units were built on an area of ​​26.8 acres with 109 units of the first phase completed.

On 3 February last year, Amirudin said the Upper Selangor area would be developed as the state's northern development gateway by 2035.

The State Government will ensure that the development plan in Hulu Selangor takes into account sustainable and environmentally friendly land use.
