MPHS Organized Customer Meet Day

The Hulu Selangor Municipal Council's (MPHS) Customer Meeting Day, which took place at the MPHS Headquarters, opened the opportunity for citizens to get advice, channel complaints, views or problems face-to-face with MPHS staff.
 
This program involves 13 MPHS internal departments and 1 external agency which includes 12 Customer Service Counters, 1 Public Complaint Bureau Counter and 1 Complaint Counter. As a side activity, several sales stalls were also opened to enliven the event.
 
This 3-hour program from 9 am to 12 noon has received a favorable response when many customers have come face-to-face with the officers on duty at the counter to state problems and complaints faced while others can be resolved at the counters provided. here.
 
In addition, the counter staff also held a sharing session with customers for the use of E-billing. This explanation is important because for the next term, the council will no longer issue physical bills, but customers can scan the QR code provided to update the bill virtually. At the same time, information related to the complaint channeling method was also explained to the customers present.
 
Also present were Deputy President of MPHS, Awaluddin Zakaria, Director of the Selangor State Public Complaints Bureau, Norsuhana Azman and Head of Corporate Division of MPHS, Junainah Abdullah as program secretary.
