The Hulu Selangor Municipal Council (MPHS) has been audited for MS ISO 9001:2015 Recertification from 3-5 October 2022 (Monday-Wednesday). The Auditing Session was led by TS. Norlizawati binti Yusof assisted by Mrs. Nur Ruzaini Binti Ab Razak, TS. Nur Asma Abdul Wahab and Aisah Sanai Razali from the Management System Certification Department, SIRIM QAS International Sdn. Bhd.
The scope of the registered certification is Local Authority Services for the Hulu Selangor Municipality (Including Main Services and Local Government Support).
The MS ISO 9001:2015 Recertification auditing session involved the MS ISO Coordinator, Head of Documentation, Risk Manager and Head of Internal Audit for the MS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, MPHS. Among the departments audited are the Solid Waste Management and Public Cleaning Department, Local Center Division, Urban Planning Department, Engineering Department, Landscape Department, Enforcement Department, Licensing Department, Building Department, Property Valuation and Management Department, Management Services Department, Procurement Department and Information technology.
There was also an interview session with MPHS Counselor by TS. Norlizawati binti Yusof with the Chief Auditor of SIRIM QAS International Sdn. Bhd.
MPHS's audit results have successfully maintained the MS ISO 9001:2015 Certificate without any non-conformities with several opportunities for improvement.
