MPHS Vacancies (31 January – 13 February 2023)

  1. Online application requirements:
    1.1 How to apply:

    1.1.2 Any application by letter, e-mail, fax will not be considered. Information marked with * must be filled.
    1.1.3 Please select the Position Name as stated in the advertisement column.
    1.1.4 List of documents that need to be uploaded:
    a) Passport size photo.
    b) * Certified Copy of Birth Certificate.
    c) * Certified copy of Identity Card.
    d) * Certified copy of SPM Certificate.
    e) * Copies of Academic Certificates related to the positions applied for that have been verified.
    f) Personal Biodata (Resume).
    g) * Certified Copy of Driver's License.
    – All documents marked (*) must be authenticated by a Government Official or Statutory Body / Penghulu / Village Head / JKK Chairman / Principal / Headmaster / Oath Commissioner or those certified by the Public Service Department.
    – Additional information:
    Documents that need to be uploaded in the Online Job Application System must:
    a) be scanned (scanned) first
    b) saved as (.pdf or .jpeg)
    – In the upload section (Online System):
    – Please click the plus (+) button, select and click the file that has been saved in .pdf or .jpeg format. Then a .pdf or .jpeg file will appear in the (+) button space.

1.1.5 Please click the send button. The applicant will receive a notification "Your application has been successfully sent. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.“.

2. Each position applied for must be accompanied by documents uploaded as in item 1.1.4 before or on 13 FEBRUARY 2023.

 3. Applications from officers currently serving the Government, Statutory Bodies and Local Authorities must be through the Head of Department and must be accompanied by a copy of the latest Service Record and Annual Performance Evaluation Report (LNPT) (2020, 2021 and 2022). These documents must be sent by post. Please write the name of the position applied for on the left side of the envelope and address it to:

4. General Notes
a. Late and incomplete applications will be REJECTED.
b. Only qualified candidates after screening will be called for an interview.
c. Applicants who do not receive any response after 3 months from the closing date of the advertisement should consider the application unsuccessful.
d. Applicants who do not receive any response after 3 months from the date of the advertisement interview should consider the application unsuccessful
