ENFORCEMENT ACTION (SEIZATION) AGAINST DEALER GOODS PLACED / LEFT IN PUBLIC PLACES.
On 6/4/2023, the MPHS Enforcement Department in collaboration with the Solid Waste Management & Public Cleansing Department together with the Royal Malaysian Police conducted an operation to confiscate hawker items placed/left in public places without MPHS permission around the Batang Kali area. The owners of the items were found to have failed to comply with the instructions of the notice issued by the MPHS Enforcement Department earlier. They were found to have parked/left all the equipment used at the location in question after completing the peddling activities. This seizure action has been implemented under sec. 46(1)(a), and 46(3), Roads, Drains And Buildings Act 1974. MPHS does not hesitate to take enforcement action (seizure) against any party found to be in breach of the instructions issued.
It is hoped that all parties cooperate to comply with the instructions issued for the sake of mutual well-being.
