BRIEFING ON SEXUAL HARASSMENT IN THE WORKPLACE OF HULU SELANGOR MUNICIPAL COUNCIL
The Integrity Unit, Hulu Selangor Municipal Council held a Briefing on Sexual Harassment in the Workplace on 20 June 2023 at Dewan Merdeka, Kuala Kubu Bharu.
This briefing was delivered by Dr. Azura Binti Hamdan, Deputy Director of the Psychological Management Division, Public Service Department (JPA)
The objective of this program is to provide understanding as a preventive measure to avoid acts and misbehavior that can be categorized as sexual harassment in addition to assisting staff in making complaints of sexual harassment as well as being brave in the future so that staff are more vigilant regarding the issue of sexual harassment.
A total of 123 MPHS employees from various departments were present for this briefing.
