2023 BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWAL NOTICE
License renewal for the year 2023 can be made from 01 October 2022 – 31 December 2022
Renewals can be made at the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council Licensing Department or online
The documents that need to be brought are as follows:-
I. MPHS Business License in 2022
II. Copy of anti-typhoid injection certificate (for food premises only)
III. A copy of the TEMPORARY BUILDING/CONSTRUCTION PERMIT bill payment issued by the MPHS Building Department
IV. Letter of appointment of Solid Waste Management Contractor and SSM Certificate of the appointed contractor (for industrial plants)
