Let's Join the Electricity and Water Saving Competition. 

Pilot Program under the 'Green Community' Initiative (GCom) of the Hulu Selangor District Council.

• Participation is FREE only and OPEN to residents within the administrative area of ​​the Hulu Selangor District Council (MDHS) only.
• Participation is for residential categories which are Detached Houses (Bungalow), Terraced Houses, Semi-Detached Houses (Semi-D) and Multi-Storied Houses (Apartments, Flats) only.
• Residences must have Electricity Bills (TNB) and Water Bills (Selangor Air) for individual accounts only while bulk accounts are not eligible.
• Residence must be occupied for more than 6 months.
• The competition is based on Electricity and Water Usage Bills from February 2021 until July 2021.

The closing date for the First Stage entry for the submission of the entry form is on 26 March 2021 (Friday) before or at 12.00 noon.
