Notice to the residents of the State of Selangor

Residents in Selangor, KL and Putrajaya who are positive for #COVID19 are asked NOT to go to the COVID19 Assessment Center (CAC) if:

  • asymptomatic or
  • mild symptoms

They need to isolate themselves immediately and undergo a period of quarantine at home.

What should be done?

  • Notify the results of the screening test on the MySejahtera application
  • Digital HSO will be given
  • Complete the Home Assessment Tool (TAT) on MySejahtera
  • Patient self-assessment will be monitored by CAC Maya. The patient will be contacted if necessary.
  • Patients who need to go to the nearest CAC for further clinical evaluation will be notified through a notification on MySejahtera or by contacting the CAC Call Center.
  • Patients who need assistance can contact CAC Call Center 03-7723 9299 (8.00 am-9.00 pm daily) or CPRC Hotline 03-7723 9300 (8.00 am-12.00 am daily)
  • Patients should go to the hospital immediately if symptoms worsen.

These latest instructions are to ensure that patients do not have to wait long at the CAC and that patients with severe symptoms receive immediate treatment.

What about close contact with positive cases?

  • Need to isolate yourself at home
  • There is no need to do a screening test EXCEPT if you have symptoms.
