Access to the E-Billing, CEPat and PBTPay systems cannot be accessed on 08/01/2022 (Saturday) & 09/01/2022 (Sunday) due to electrical wiring connection works from the main switch room (MSB) to the main distribution box (DB) at the MPHS headquarters. During that period, the electricity will be COMPLETELY CLOSED to make way for the connection work.
